EziPay is a fintech company from the house of AI Technologies Limited that provides end-to-end online and mobile payment transaction solutions to consumers and businesses to send, spend and receive payments conveniently. It is secure and promotes better payment services and drives towards cashless or cash-lite economy.

Client Need

To launch EziPay in 10 countries and increase brand awareness, help the brand tackle competition. Most importantly, increase the app downloads as well registrations for Ghana, Sierra Leone, Niger, Mali, Senegal, Togo, Benin, Cote D'Iviore, Burkina Faso, Guinea.

Our Solution

We created integrated performance digital marketing strategy for them and positioned the brand as a personal banker for individuals and merchants by using storytelling to capture their everyday hassle with payments and echoing the fact that EZIPAY has a “solution.” #EZIPAYIT, is our primary idea to drive app installs for EziPay. This is simply to tell our audience that for any online transaction around EziPay’s scope, they should just “EziPay” it.

We developed an always-on social campaign supported by media tactics & experiences. With a mix of static creatives & videos, we produced engaging assets across social media. We created their new website for PAN Africa and implemented Search, including SEO and Display - UAC campaign. We created video content in English and French to connect with different audience. The blog content creation and segmented email marketing were also part of our agenda.
