About Client

Fidelity Bank is one of the twenty-seven licensed commercial banks and currently the 7th Largest Bank in Ghana in terms of Assets, owned by Ghanaian individuals and institutional investors including Africa Capital, SIC Life, SSNIT etc.. The bank operates across 73 Branches and 115 ATMs across the country to provide world class financial services to Ghanaians.

Challenge

Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited's wanted us to create a web application, a portal to communicate and engage Bank's shareholders. They already had an application in the past which was basic. They wanted us to build a user friendly, secured and efficient platform which can easily be managed by different sub admins and all the changes can be tracked. Their target audience to use this platform mostly is elderly so it was to be built keeping the platform ease in mind.

Our Solution

We created a portal to engage & educate the shareholders of Fidelity bank and used OTP as a process to authenticate the login process. This portal serves as a stand alone online qualitative channel to communicate with the shareholders. We came with Concepts, built Information Architecture, mapped out User Journey and created Wireframe before we designed and developed the whole website and passed it through all security compliances of Fidelity bank and made it live.
